Principal Financial Group To Acquire Beam Benefits

July 7, 2026 - Principal Financial Group® announced an agreement to acquire Beam Benefits. At closing, Principal will assume ownership of Beam Technologies, Inc. and its subsidiaries. The acquisition is expected to close in the second half of 2026, subject to the completion of customary conditions and regulatory approvals.

Beam and Principal will continue to operate as distinct companies until the transaction is finalized.
