Arizona — Fair Wages and Health Families Act
California — Paid Sick Leave, Paid Family Leave, and Supplemental Paid Sick Leave
The requirement to provide 2022 COVID-19 Supplemental Paid Sick Leave will end on September 30, 2022.
Colorado — Healthy Families and Workplaces Act
On July 15, 2022, the federal declaration of emergency was extended again, which may continue for up to 90 days. The right to HFWA COVID-related leave continues until four weeks after all applicable public health emergencies end or are suspended. The earliest the public health emergency leave will end is November 10, 2022.
